Custom Work

Victory Voice Media creates custom music and media based on the scope, timeline, approvals, usage, and payment terms agreed for each project. A submitted inquiry does not create a project until scope and payment expectations are accepted.

Quotes and Payments

Some projects use starting package pricing. Campaign, business, nonprofit, tourism, and larger custom projects are quoted based on scope. Final files may be withheld until required payment is complete.

Client Materials

You are responsible for sharing materials you have the right to provide and for identifying sensitive, private, campaign-related, or third-party materials that require special handling.

Political Campaigns

Campaign teams are responsible for campaign-finance compliance, disclaimers, expenditure reporting, and legal review of political use. Victory Voice Media provides creative services, not legal or campaign-finance advice.

Website Use

Do not attempt to access owner-only systems, upload harmful files, interfere with the site, or copy private client materials.
