Refund and Cancellation Policy
Custom creative work begins with listening, planning, writing, editing, production, and project management. This policy explains how cancellations are handled.

Before Work Begins
If payment is made by mistake or a project is cancelled before creative work begins, Victory Voice Media may issue a refund minus any non-refundable third-party costs or payment processing fees where applicable.
After Creative Work Begins
Once creative direction, writing, production, editing, or project management has begun, deposits and paid work may be non-refundable because time and creative labor have already been committed.
Campaign and Rush Projects
Rush campaign work may require faster decisions and may be less refundable once the work begins. Timeline, scope, and approval expectations should be documented before production starts.
