How We Use Information

We use submitted information to review your inquiry, respond to you, prepare quotes, manage creative projects, document scope, process approved payments, and deliver custom music or media work.

Story and Campaign Materials

Private stories, campaign-sensitive information, client notes, unfinished drafts, and project materials are not published publicly without permission. Public examples in the Audio Library are limited to approved public work.

Payments

Card payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Victory Voice Media does not store card numbers on this website.

Email and Text

By submitting an inquiry, you consent to Victory Voice Media contacting you about your project. Text messages are preferred for urgent project coordination. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Storage

Public inquiries may be stored in Victory Voice Media's Cloudflare-hosted database so Hiedi can review and respond even if email notification is not configured or temporarily unavailable.
